I have configured a New Operation in Settings and each time I try to synchronize, i get a StartIndex Error.

SyncMyCal Set up is not installing SyncMyCal, even when I have .NET Framework Runtime 2.0, Office 2003 Primary Interop Assemblies (PIA) for Microsoft Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools Runtime for the Microsoft Office System (VSTO 2005).
